We firmly believe that patience, understanding, empathy and
a willingness to listen and adapt are key skills for our trainers.
For this reason we select our trainers carefully. Firstly,
they must have complete knowledge and expertise in their language.
Each trainer is either a native-speaker or has native speaker’s
command of the language. Secondly, they must have the ability
to motivate trainees, to listen and act upon their training
needs and to transfer their knowledge with the least amount
of stress and in the most effective way.
