STEP TWO : We'll send you a "Language Training Needs Analysis" questionnaire for you to complete and return to us totally free of charge.

STEP THREE : If necessary, and only if you have previously studied the language, you will be sent an evaluation test for to complete in your own environment and in your own time. This free service is to ensure that training costs are not wasted on aspects of the language which are already well understood by an individual trainee.

STEP FOUR : Following steps 2 and 3, we'll provide you with an estimate for a training programme tailored to suit your individual needs and perfectly matched to your existing level of competence in the language.

STEP FIVE : If you wish to pursue the training programme, YOU then decide on the format of the course and when you wish it to start.
